HYDRALL a new line of thermo moisturizing cream for baking, brenda Master Martini. Immediately ready for use, it is ideal for filling pastries, cakes, cookies before and after baking. The uniqueness of this line is reflected in the fact that we get a product that is juicy and very tasty after baking. It is available in three flavors and in two packages:
HYDRALL CHOCOLATE: Chocolate Moisturizing cream with 15% cocoa (5 kg and 12 kg bucket)
HYDRALL LEMON: Hydrants lemon cream with 5% lemon juice (5 kg and 12 kg bucket)
HYDRALL VANILLA: Vanilla moisturizing cream with natural vanilla (5 kg and 12 kg bucket)
Thermostable moisturizing cream that retains its properties and during firing and during freezing (it has a better taste after roasting).
